All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our jewelry and accessories, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect style selection
• Normal wear after use

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong item, please contact us within 3 calendar days of the delivery date shown by the shipping carrier.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the item and packaging

We'll review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been paid, it cannot be canceled.
